Donegal Construction Corporation was founded in 1980 as a small asphalt paving contractor in Donegal, PA. From its humble beginnings it has grown to a fully integrated Highway Contractor performing projects as a Highway Contractor in Western Pennsylvania and as the largest milling / profiling Contractor on the East Coast.
